only started running this year after my daughter did the london marathon
i needed to do some exercise that did not have me going to the gym which i did not enjoy
and to stop me from gaining anymore weight
my daughter suggested that i go running with her but at my own pace
was not looking forward to this but i must say that i really enjoyed itand i have not stopped since
my son's girlfriend started training with me and together we did a 10k at stowe in september
just feel like a snail when i'm out with them
