Began running in 2014 after midlife crisis. Preferred distance is half marathon. Slow AF but I get there. RD at Hanley parkrun, CoED at Burslem Park junior parkrun, Event Support Ambassador for parkrun in Staffordshire.
I’m useless at training so don’t be surprised to see that my training stats are far slower than race stats!
