Guess what ? I'm not the young skinny one in the picture . I'm the portly balding chap on the left .
Started running a couple of years ago , just wanted to be in the Great Manchester run , have done that 3 times now , run it and stop training till the next one comes along .this year has been a nightmare started really well then piled injury on injury ending in a knee operation and still waiting for achilles to be fixed .Starting cycling again and some very light easy runs .
