did a parkrun in march 2010, the first time running since my secondary school years when i was a half decent runner. after struggling round in 29 minutes decided i must get fit and start training. i completeley got the running bug and although i was out from may till to july with an achillies injury i have recently ran a 5k in 19.31, have stopped smoking for 3 months and have joined salford harriers, happy days.....
