Starter running in 2006. Ran first 10k that October and loved it. Damaged my back by over-doing it in August 2008 and lost motivation. Back into training December 08. Broke left foot Jul 09, slowly getting it back together again.
DISLOCATED HIP on 4 Dec. There will be many weeks away from running during this recovery.
