I used to run frequently although stopped during my pregnancy and had the baby in July 2007. Managed to get into some running in 2007 although nothing consistent and nothing more than a plod. Training did improve in early 2008 and managed the 1/2 marathon I had set myself as a target all be it very slowly. Then baby number 2 in October 2009. About to start running again!
