National XC champs at Wollation Park. 3 laps. mainly good firm grass but one section that was very wet and boggy. Felt enpty on 1st lap and had to dig very deep to finish. Not happy with run or performance. Andy W and Ian hales well clear and only just beat Nashy and Tony. Came down with fever Sat night and sunday and ill all the following week which might explain the bad run
