Got boxed in a couple of times and had to pull back to avoid risk of cliipping heels of fellow runners. Still therefore feel it should be possible to shave several seconds off of my time (need to improve Q2/Q3). Will therefore be aiming to achieve something closer to the 5:30 target at the Golden Mile in September providing I can stay injury free.
