Great run out at Albert Park. Another 17 seconds knocked off last time out at Southend. Sub 20 is on the horizon, just looking to keep up the consistency in training and hoping to reep the benefits.
Had a little discomfort on the sole of my left foot at the end of the run so will need to keep an eye on that. Ran in my bright orange Outlaw T-shirt and go faster Yellow Adidas trainers so Lauren and Jan wouldn't miss me. Lace came undone with nearly 2K to go so had to be careful of stray foots standing on it, but made it to the finish safe.
Managed to pip a 14 year old on the run in. You've got to take your victories where you can. Looking to go sub 20:30 at Southend in a fortnights time.
