A disappointing time for this race. Thought I could get nearer 22 mins. Had very sore legs following football/rounders on Sunday. Muscles were very stiff from the start (excuses, excuses). Note for next year - start further forward! Got caught in a couple of bottlenecks behind slower runners. A good day though and a reminder to get on with some speedwork.
