Stafford 20 - one 8 mile lap, followed by two 6s. The 8 was hard and very hilly, the other two were easier, but I still felt sick at the end, and still do, despite finishing nearly 3 hours ago! hmmm - good test of my current marathon pace which is slower than last year :-(
