Abington 10k, pretty good run, but I was hoping to do a bit better. More undulating than I thought and a bit windy, so I guess the time was OK. 36:50 and 5th place, first V50. Thigh was sore right from the start, it's taking a long time to clear up, but I don't think it slowed me down much, I just felt knackered. First 4 miles were not too bad, but lost it in the last 2, feeling very tired.
