This went really well. Big porridge breakfast 3.5 hours before. Sipping up till an hour before. Red bull at 25min before. No warm-up at all beforehand, no strides, nothing. Just a few stretches. Start was a bit chaotic but by luck or judgement managed to get the first mile perfectly around 7:30. 5th mile was the only uphill section.
