Paisley Mad Hatters 5k
Won my 1st race. In Barshaw Park in Paisley where I ran my 1st race 27 years ago. Two laps of a hilly course took the lead early on and eventually pulled away from last years winner at the end of the first lap. From there on I focused on trying to catch fetchie Tubbyrunner who was leading the race on the bike. A bit weird being presented with a trophy at the end I need some tips from club mates on looking less like a rabbit caught in headlights.
