2014 VLM. Warm day again but took fluid on at every opportunity. Slow start due to being at the back of the fast good for age start line. Slow start probably helped me as I broke 2.50 and ran a PB in the process. Well chuffed with time. PS: also won the Greenwich Premier Inn fastest runner tournament also. Kenster will tell you all about it LOL.
