Pleased - missed my 3:30 target, but still a pb by 14 mins, and most importantly RAN THE WHOLE WAY!

Probably ran the first half a little fast, and in particular miles 13 and 14 when I got chatting. Was tough out the first half of 2nd lap into the wind, and then when turned at 20 miles I was spent. I had to dig really deep in the last 6 miles.
