Killarney half marathon.... weather warm. Try and cop on & just run 100mins.. 7'40 for 6mls anyway....
lovely setting and beautiful day
Decided after only 3 mls that 100 is the target as legs are very dead, it's warm, and I'm running a 10k tmro with Ciara
Running with 3 lads from 'Star of the Laune' club Kilorglin ... all going for 100mins.
Just after 8 miles legs felt knackered altogether… hard going… 3 lads started pulling away from me. Just kept plodding along. Legs improved at about 11 miles, also bit of a tailwind to help push on a bit. managed to get close to the 3 lads who I had been running with by strong last 2 miles.
Another sub 100mins and overall happy with that

1 negative.... they made a total balls of the mile markers.
Miles 2/4/5/8/11/&13 were either short or long and no consistency. Brutal if you were going for a PB. Last .1 took me 1'27.... normally it takes 40-45 secs....
