PB!! elmbridge 10k. not the most interesting course. but a PB and a good one! :o) was aiming (secretly) for 50, but lost some time around km's 6 and 7, and couldn't get it back. however, very pleased with PB, apart from the wobble in the middle, managed to keep reasonably steady pacing. could possibly have pushed it harder in the middle, but hey.
