Woodcote 10k: No less hilly than when I last did it 5 yrs ago. Pretty much 3miles downhill followed by 3 miles uphill. Only a few short walk breaks up the hill, pleased with the time as had been aiming for sub-65 knowing the course. Knee was fine when running and just a little achy afterwards. Nice local race, well organised with a challenging course.
