Notes & Comments

Stowmarket 7 mile. Not feeling 100% as i picked up a cold Thursday but not coming out yet so still had hope to do a decent time. Set off at PB pace into the brisk headwind and kept good even pace. Relaxed on the downhill 3-4 miles with a backwind gaining some time then up the hill keeping pace. Tried to push on in the last 2 miles just under pace and crossed the line with a 42 second PB. Very pleased with my race as i wasn't 100% so shows great improvement :)
