Notes & Comments

Royal Parks half. 3-4 hours sleep, drunk when I woke up after being at S&A's for dinner and rocking up home at half-two full of champagne, and wine... felt absolutely terrible in first 5k, sweating, just awful, but persuaded myself to keep it easy for halfway, then gradually wind it up a bit, which I did, so it ended up quite a nice progression run.

Fair bit of congestion meant i did little more weaving than I'd like, but really enjoyed the race despite the worst prep ever!
