Horrible, horrible run complete with asthma attack just after 5 miles, an energy crash after halfway and various aches and pains which only got worse as the run went on. I'm not sure I want to do this again. Very pleased to have Glyn and Christof in the car looking after me and to have Kris waiting for me at the end of the stage to take the baton on.
