Not the best prep for my race today, I managed to opull my back whilst yanking on my calf socks! Put magic gel on it and hoped it would be ok, somehow I survived and was v happy to finish 3rd lady. 27deg too, so a v v hot day! Neil had a good run too, as did Peter thompson from WaldenTri who won his age group!
I didn't wear new shoes today as wasn't going to have to worry about that as well as my back!
