Notes & Comments

Vale of Leven 10k. Missed start by about 30 seconds an was right v near back as gun went. Wasn't in this ever - never gave myself a chance as head just didn't join in before leaving home. Probably glad to have missed start and kind of still enjoyed run.

Head wasn't really in it till heading towards 8km started to think about acing to the end. Uphill through 9km but last mile to 1.5 miles was a decent part of run and felt ok. Slight downhill finish.

Weather I think was fine - no real wind or heat/cold to speak of.
