The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free.
But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient.

Started off quickly, slowed on the first hill and then went too fast on the downhill to end of first mile. Then runs uphill and onto a pitted track and pace slowed over 2nd and 3rd miles. 4th Mile was downhill and maintained a steady faster pace throughout.
Mile 5 was mainly on flat so kept hard effort going through to mile 6. Mainly flat with a hill after half mile. I overtook 4 men on this hill before it turns right onto the downhill finish where I put in a final sprint.
Very happy with the time and happy with the fairly even effort so close to returning from two week holiday.
