Sittingbourne 10K. Race went much better than i'd expected. Thought i'd get around 40:45, but ended up a minute quicker! so very pleased. Conditions were good, quite mild/warm. Planned to push on through mile 6 at Borden and it worked as i did a 5.58 mile (with help from the downhill section) and gained a few places. Managed a 'sort of sprint' at the end but got overtaken by 1 runner as my sprinting not great. 22nd place on chip time.
Best 10K time for a few years, as Goudhurst 10K a couple of weeks ago was a short course.
