Really chuffed with new 5 mile PB as have not been able to do much training this week as busy getting house on the market - maybe the rest did me good! First 4 miles in 40min but ran out of steam somewhat in last mile -still, not bad , shaved 4 and a half mins off (admit last one was pretty hilly!) Pretty windy conditions as well and some bits of course very exposed. Shoes, finally !!! feeling good.
