3 Peaks. ---------- Good up Pen-Y-Ghent. Legs felt very heavy up Whernside Legs buggered for Ingleborough.
Didn't feel like lucozade between Ribblehead and Hill Inn so probably didn't take in enough liquid during this section. Then didn't take enough cals on board after Hill Inn. Wheels came off completely for a couple of minutes with 2 miles to go. Convinced myslef the run in would be a lot worse than it was.
