felt quite heavy and sluggish the first 10k, had a sore throat as well, but then I settled into a good rhythm after the half and could enjoy most of the second half. sub 3:50 means GFA for London :)

Garmin fell a bit short today and I messed up the stopping at the finish line, official chip time: 3:48:31
