Shocking weather, cold, windy and sleet. Running with Steve Rand, broke away at about mile 4 and caught up with Scott Rice. At about 8 miles left glute feeling bad, had to stop and stretch out. Thought about jogging back, but then started running with Steve. I suppose the time was okay considering training, weather and glute problems.
