Great conditions. Started fine and felt comfortable on 6s and balanced the early hills well, but starting losing it from 10 miles and the lack of training showed. Was in pain in my glute/back from mile 2 onwards, and once I stopped at the finish I struggled to walk. Never an easy injury, it's got to be awkward :(
