Crikey - I honestly didn't think I could sub-30, and very nearly didn't even try. And then thought that it's a low priority race, and only short, so what's the worst that can happen?
All feeling good and in control until 3.5m or so, but started to tie up a bit then and mile 5 was not pretty, but I got there.
Most folk seemed to have 5.05m on their Garmin. Odd.
