Course: -- had everything from mud, puddles, heather, brambles, snow, ice, rocks and grass. lovely! Unfortunately I had bad cramps at around mile 2, had to stop briefly to stretch and then was reduced to a walk for about 10 minutes. Could have run it all otherwise, meh. Note to self: next time, don't forget the magnesium powder.
