Notes & Comments

Watford Half. Started off 'slow', from further back in the start-group then went by how my knee felt. Occasional niggles but nothing lasting - was careful not to go too fast on the downhills. New shoes started to rub around mile 11 when I caught up with the 1:45 pacer. Managed a sprint finish with 200m to go. Legs very achy now but knee not aching as much as I anticipated!
