Chelmsford 10k race. Last Essex County race of the season. i was feeling v determined today and had a great race. First time I've ever done the Chelmsford 10k and didn't know how I'd feel racing in the afternoon but it went really well. Started off sensibly and increased my pace as I went along. Ended up getting a bronze Essex County medal for 3rd Fv35! Really chuffed as didn't think I'd get a medal today! And really pleased with that time too. Not sure where I came overall in the ladies yet.
