Notes & Comments

Pretty poor really. Missed the start, so had to hare straight from car park to start and then try to catch up. Was quite nice to be passing people the whole way, but was well disappointed not to break 20 mins. Think due to pacing, difficulty passing, and was windy and wet, lack of warm up etc. Came 48th out of 206, official time was 21:33.
Have been concerned about R knee. Suddenly started really hurting on Thursday - seems like pretty classic ITBS. Will have to start stretching. Also back felt all out of kilter today.
