Conwy Half Marathon. PB and sort of Negative Splits but had to guess because my Garmin played up and the HR monitor kept slipping down my tummy. Managed to do Negative Splits just based on feeling then. Also great: bombing down the Great Orme at sub 7:00 m/m pace.
