Cricklade Half Marathon 4th place...again! ;-). Lost 3rd around 12 miles again, legs were completely shot, very tight hamstrings and calfs. Tried to keep the pace up and go with the guy as he passed me, but nothing left. Think I need the focus of a Marathon to keep my endurance up. Happy with a PB though! :-).
