Robin Hood Half. 5th time running the RH half (plus 1 full) the only race i have run every year since i started. Still one of my faves too. My 44th half. Not much longer to 50.

Ran a very evenly paced race which meant we were as strong at the end as we began more or less. Only fetch shirt we saw all day belonged to Meglet.

5th time running RH with KK, funny how slowly we have run them all considering how fast we were but i guess having so often used it for mara training and never have raced it explains why.

New route is far flatter and ought to be faster.

Now to convince KK its a good idea to run 26.2 next week. Since she wears the trousers expect a report on the half instead. :P
