Notes & Comments

Another Park Run. Not really happy with this one. I got caught up in traffic a little at the beginning! this cost me a good 10 seconds or so. Over all the pace was much more even over each of the five kilometers though, which is an improvement. And I must remember I am training for a half marathon and I have quite a few miles in the legs at the moment.
