Fairlands Valley 50K

Went really well at the start, but crashed massively at 25 miles as drained by gut problems. Bailed as no point in flogging myself when not important.

That said, I was felling fine quite soon afterwards and maybe should have just had a ten minute sit and then carried on, rather than bailing completely. A case of trying to be mentally strong and sensible actually leading to the wrong outcome. But ho-hum.
