Definately no PB today!!!! Phew that was HOT! HOT! HOT! 29 degrees C The timings and distance are that of the garmin not official race time. Left heel still niggling a bit and got a stitch at 12 mile point, so had to walk up the hill at this point to walk it off. I suffered in the heat but took on plenty of fluids, that is probably where the stitch came from. Also, so glad that some of the home owners on the route had found away of getting round the hose ban, they were brilliant hosing us down on our way past. The heat was just too much for some today, quite a few pulled out on route and a few collapsed and were taken away in ambulances,Scary,take heed guys!!
