Notfast 10k. Pos 9 (Leigh 1st Matt S 3rd Nashy 8th). Knew I wasn't 100% but knee Ok this week and wanted to test it when I pushed the pace a bit after weeks of easy running. Went off hard but struggled to maintain in after 2m. Ran the whole race totally on my own with nashy 80sec clear of me in the next position. Conditions quite windy and very humid.
