Notes & Comments

The last place I ever thought I'd get a PB was the Humber Bridge Half Marathon, but the conditions were perfect for running. After the effects of last night's drinking wore off I felt splendid and the infamous hills didn't seem as arduous as in previous years. All of the hard work in training paid off with this sub-1:40 surprise.

I go by chip timing, rather than my watch, for race results, hence the 1:39:41.
