St Andrews parkrun..
Tough wee course and a 3 lapper with mostly trail along loose chippings,a section of grass and a some tarmaced sections near the start area (finishes elsewhere on grass)!!

Finished 3rd overall but picked off a couple of runners at the same climb 2laps running but felt legs tired rapidly on the hills today. (hills were just gradual and energy sapping not steep) Also a bit windy but could be a fast course with the right conditions!!
3rd race since last saturday so cant be tooupset that my legs were tired..
