Notes & Comments

Skye Half Marathon - Nothing in the tank today. For every excuse 5am start, very hot, hilly and a tough run at Benbecula the week before there has been another race where I've ran well almost thrived in similar circumstances. A little bit concerned but for now it goes down as a rare bad day. A lack of quick guys meant I still finished 3rd and we won the team prize thanks to solid runs fro Nea and Robbie.
