Deeping 10k

Came into race feeling good but not thinking I would get much below 48mins. Started well keeping with Mylo and feeling ok. Stayed behind Mylo for quite a long time, every time I tried to help it took it all out of me. Going down Meadow road I struggled to keep up with Paul and started dropping back but then I think he started to struggle and slowed a bit. Into the wind again and back behind Mylo and to say thank you I nearly tripped him up (sorry). At 7k I was still feeling ok so went with a runner going past which may have been a bad idea. Last 2k was very hard work and was pleased to finish. seeing HeyJude and Kevan helped keep me going and was very very pleased with the finishing time. Big thank you to Mylo and sorry I did not help more. Now for an easy week.
