The longest day out on the course so far today @ almost 9 hrs, my ankle/shin is totally packed up and all I can do sadly is to walk which is frustrating 
but I quickly learn to accept it as there is no point getting upset, I need the energy to get fond the course with the lovely NJ and silver shadow and TQ, I was really spoilt so thank you so much fetchies it meant so much xxx
