Milton Keynes marathon, lashing rain and strong gusts of wind. Flat course with only a few bumps over roads & canals and a few dips under roads to negotiate.
Faded badly over the last 4 miles and was like an extra in a zombie film for the last 2!
Ended up (along with many others) in the medical centre with my body temperature reduced to almost 32C.
Still got a 3 minute PB in horrendous conditions but it could have been so much more.
