Brighton Marathon
taken steady due to recent pain with ITB / knee and walked for most of latter part of race both due to pain and not wanting to bust anything to prevent running at London. enjoyed race as always - support is always fantastic for most of the route, a pleasant surprise that the "big hill" had been taken out meaning a much faster time would be easily possible given the right amount of training. Pre entered for next year at the expo so maybe i'll be in a position to have a crack at my PB / good for age (with alot of hard work). :-)
